After the transfer to Ivato International Airport, we’ll board a flight to Diego Suarez. Upon arrival, our dedicated local team will welcome us and take us to our accommodation. If our flight is scheduled for the morning, we’ll use the same day to continue our exciting program.<\/p>

Our first stop will be \u00abLa Montagne des Fran\u00e7ais,\u00bb a elevation rising between 350 and 450 meters above sea level, occupied by French soldiers during the colonial era. This archaeological site, the oldest on the island, provides a unique opportunity to discover exceptional biodiversity. We’ll continue our adventure with an exciting excursion to the Three Bays: \u00abBah\u00eda des Dunes,\u00bb \u00abBah\u00eda des Pigeons,\u00bb and \u00abBah\u00eda des Sakalava.\u00bb These beaches not only offer a wide range of activities but also stand out for their extensive white sands, surrounded by the turquoise sea that characterizes this northern region of Madagascar. Get ready to immerse yourself in the incomparable beauty of this coastal landscape!<\/p>

\u2713 Day 3: DIEGO SUAREZ AND EMERALD SEA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Today promises a day of total relaxation as we immerse ourselves in the beauty of the famous and essential Emerald Sea. Located in the Bay of Diego Suarez, this outstanding resort is about twenty kilometers north of the city and can be accessed by boat from the urban center or from the charming village of Ramena.<\/p>

The Emerald Sea, with its exquisite sand and turquoise waters, ranks among the most beautiful beaches in Madagascar. This setting not only provides a unique opportunity to enjoy exceptional seabed, perfect for diving but also offers varied options for water and land activities. We’ll enjoy lunch in this unique environment to fully immerse ourselves in the serenity of the place.<\/p>

In the morning, we head to Joffreville, towards the Amber Mountain National Park. This authentic natural sanctuary was established in 1958 and stands out for its lush flora, including ficus, tree ferns, orchids, and Canarium, among others. This site hosts a diversity of fauna, with the presence of seven lemur species, chameleons (including the world’s smallest chameleon, the Brookesia Minima), birds, reptiles, and more, all coexisting in the northern rainforest of Madagascar.<\/p>

The majority of species sharing this habitat on Amber Mountain are endemic to the region. In addition to the fascinating wildlife, we’ll discover crater lakes and sacred waterfalls, adding natural wonders to our park experience. After this enriching visit, we’ll return to the hotel to rest and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.<\/p>

\u2713 Day 5: JOFFRE \u2013 ANKARANA: Red Tsingy: Journey to Ankarana and Red Tsingy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

In the morning, we depart after breakfast towards Ankarana, covering a distance of 125 km. After approximately sixty kilometers, we’ll make a stop to explore the Red Tsingy, a unique gem in northern Madagascar. This phenomenon is a formation of red laterite rock sculpted by the erosion of the Irodo River, creating a truly spectacular landscape that you shouldn’t miss.<\/p>
